Exercitii piept

Mai bine putine exercitii dar bune , de aceea o sa descriu doar cateva exercitii de baza ce maresc considerabil masa pectoralilor.
 
Exercitiu de baza pentru piept , pentru dezvoltarea puterii si volumului muschilor .In acest exercitiu se folosesc cele mai mari greutati de lucru, ce il face extrem de efectiv in dezvoltarea pectoralilor.
